Shipping and Payment

Each artwork is carefully packaged in specialized, protective packaging to safeguard the glass, and shipped via insured delivery.

• Domestic Shipping: Deliveries are carried out by a secure courier company, directly to your doorstep. Delivery time ranges from 5 to 10 business days. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
• International Shipping (Worldwide Shipping): We ship worldwide. International shipping and insurance costs are automatically calculated when filling in the destination address during the checkout process.
• Studio Pickup: You can arrange to pick up the artwork yourself directly from the private studio at 7 HaBaz Street, Caesarea, at no additional cost.

Purchases on the site are made in a secure environment and encrypted with the strictest security standards (SSL).

• Payment can be made using all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or Apple Pay.
• For security reasons and inventory management in private collections, cash payment or payment to the courier upon delivery is not possible.

We take full responsibility for the integrity of the artwork until it reaches you:

• Full Insurance: All shipments leaving the studio are fully insured by the gallery throughout the entire transportation and shipping process.
• Mandatory Inspection Upon Receipt: Due to the delicate nature of the material, we ask our customers to open the package and verify the integrity of the artwork immediately upon receipt from the courier.
• Breakage Policy (in exceptional cases): In the rare event that the artwork is damaged or broken during shipping, the damage must be documented with a photograph and reported to us within 12 hours of receipt. We will arrange for a resolution, replacement, or full refund as needed and in coordination with the insurance company.
