Protection Against Typographical Errors and Price Mistakes: The gallery makes every effort to ensure that all prices, specifications, and artwork descriptions on the site are accurate. However, in the rare event of a human error, typographical error, or technological mistake in the price of an artwork (for example: an artwork with a real value of 8,500 NIS displayed in error at 85 NIS), the gallery reserves the absolute and unconditional right to cancel the transaction unilaterally. In such a case, the customer will receive a full refund and will have no right of claim, lawsuit, or compulsion to complete the transaction at the erroneous price.

Accessibility Declaration and Protection Against Frivolous Claims: The site operator regards the accessibility of the site to all members of the public as a top priority and invests resources to comply with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law. However, due to the purely visual nature of the site, which presents complex artworks based on light refraction, glass textures, and color play, some artistic elements may challenge certain assistive technologies.
