Refund policy

The Yossi Sagi Gallery (the "Gallery") operates in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law 5771-2010 and Consumer Protection Regulations (Transaction Cancellation) 5771-2010. Given the sensitivity, value, and uniqueness of art pieces, the following strict conditions apply:

Cancellation Window: A consumer may cancel a purchase within 14 days of actual receipt of the product. The cancellation notice must be provided in writing via the gallery's official email.

Return Conditions: The right of cancellation is contingent on the artwork being returned in its exact, original, and complete condition - without any use, without having been hung, and without any damage, defect, crack, or alteration - packaged in its original packaging with all parts intact.

Return Shipping Responsibility: The exclusive responsibility for transporting the artwork back to the studio, including shipping costs, insurance, and protection against breakage, rests entirely with the cancelling customer. The gallery will not credit a customer for a product that arrived damaged or broken due to negligent shipping. It is recommended that the customer bring the artwork personally to the studio in Caesarea to prevent damage.

Cancellation Fee: Upon cancellation not due to a defect or non-conformance, a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction price or 100 NIS (whichever is lower) will be deducted, as required by law. The credit will only be processed after a physical inspection of the artwork by the artist at the studio.

Special Orders: Artworks ordered with personal design, special dimensions, or specific customization at the customer's request cannot be cancelled or returned at any stage, pursuant to Section 14c(d)(2) of the Consumer Protection Law.
