Shipping policy

🚚 Delivery Times and Shipping Areas

The gallery ships throughout Israel via a private courier company, directly to your doorstep.

Estimated delivery time: 7-14 business days from transaction confirmation (excluding Fridays, Saturdays, eves of holidays, and holidays). A tracking notification will be sent by email once the shipment is ready.

Remote locations: For remote areas (Eilat, Arava, communities beyond the Green Line, and the Golan Heights), an additional delay of up to 3 business days may apply.

📦 Gallery Shipping Responsibility

Each artwork is packaged in museum-grade, reinforced protective packaging designed for transporting delicate materials. Shipping is carried out via a private courier and is fully insured - until the moment of delivery to the customer only.

⚠️ Mandatory Inspection upon Delivery - Critical! The customer must open the package in the presence of the courier, or immediately upon receipt, and verify the artwork's integrity. If a break, crack, or transit damage is found, the customer must photograph the damage immediately and report it in writing to yosisagi1@gmail.com within 12 hours of delivery.

The report must include: order number, full description of the damage, a clear photo of the outer packaging, and a photo of the physical damage to the artwork. Reports received after 12 hours cannot be reviewed, and liability transfers to the customer.

🛑 Transfer of Risk

Upon the customer's signature (or their representative's) on the delivery confirmation, or upon leaving the shipment at the door at the customer's request, the gallery's responsibility ends completely and finally. The gallery will not bear any responsibility for damage, breakage, or defects discovered thereafter.

🌧️ Delays and Force Majeure

The gallery shall not be responsible for any delivery delay caused by force majeure, strikes, natural disasters, security situations, road closures, or delays solely attributable to the external courier company.

🌍 International Shipping

The gallery ships to selected destinations worldwide.

Shipping cost: Automatically calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Estimated delivery time: 10-21 business days.

Insurance: Shipments are fully insured until they reach their destination.

Customs and taxes: Customs duties, local VAT, or any other tax applicable in the destination country are the exclusive responsibility of the buyer.

🏡 Self-Pickup

Self-pickup from the studio in Caesarea is available at no additional cost. Pickup is by prior arrangement only - please contact us at: yosisagi1@gmail.com.
