Material Nature Declaration (Absence of Defect): All glass fusing artworks are produced entirely by hand, individually. The customer acknowledges that internal air bubbles, slight texture variations, non-uniform layer heights, or subtle color differences arise directly from the nature of the material and the glass fusing process. These elements are an integral part of the artwork's character and shall not be considered a defect or non-conformance under any circumstances.

Digital Display Differences: The colors of artworks and light reflections may appear differently across various computer and phone screens (due to screen calibration and lighting during photography). The gallery is not responsible for minor visual differences between product images on the site and reality.

Limitation of Liability for Installation and Third-Party Damages:

The gallery, the artist Yossi Sagi, or anyone acting on their behalf, shall not bear any liability (tortious, contractual, or otherwise) for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special damage caused to a person, property, or the artwork itself as a result of improper hanging, installation, placement, or use of the artwork.

The responsibility for choosing hanging hardware (anchors, screws, hooks) and their suitability for the wall type (drywall, concrete, blocks) and the weight of the artwork rests entirely and exclusively with the purchaser. Professional installation is recommended for heavy items.

Intellectual Property: All rights, including copyrights, designs, models, patents, trade secrets, photographs, texts, and branding displayed on the site are the exclusive property of the artist Yossi Sagi. It is strictly prohibited to copy, duplicate, distribute, commercially display, or create copies of the artworks without the express, prior, and written consent of the artist.

Exclusive Jurisdiction: This agreement shall be governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute or claim arising from the use of the site or the purchase of an artwork shall rest solely with the competent courts in the Central District / Netanya.
